Supply chain management (SCM) has become a fundamental element to improvernthe efficiency and productivity in recent decades. The purpose of this paper was tornstudy the practice of supply chain management from the five SCM practice and thernchallenges of SCM in ELFORA Agro Industry PLC. For achieving the objective ofrnthis study, 45 Questionnaires’ were distributed by using random samplingrnparticularly stratified sampling technique for the employees who have knowledgernand awareness about different supply chain management and participate in thernpractices, and 40 of they were successfully Completed and analyzed usingrndescriptive (mean and Standard Deviation) statically analysis.rnBoth Primary and Secondary Source of data were used for this Study. The methodrnof data collection was Interview and Questionnaire in the form of Closed and openrnended question. The Questionnaire was rated using five point’s likert Scale. Thernmajor finding indicates that, most of SCM Practices are needs improvement with inrnthe ELFORA Supply chain; whereas, internal operation practice, IT and trainingrnPractices are poorly applied. Willingness to share risk, unplanned orders financialrnImpact, Subsequent design change, inventory fluctuation and employeernineffectiveness are major challenges of the Company’s SC. The Study helps torncreate awareness to ELFORA Company owners, and it gave Chance for othersrnwho are interested on SCM Practice and Challenges to make further studies
