The study assessed job rotation practices in CBE, measured effectiveness of job rotationrnpractices enhance motivation and job involvement and point out alternative training andrndevelopment methods improve job rotation practices along with improvement of motivationrnand job involvement. The primary data for this study was collected through a structuredrnquestionnaire that was tailored with the help of literature. The sample size was 298rnrespondents are selected using convenience sampling from10 branches of CBE. Thernquestionnaire included 56 items. Survey was carried out with the support of IBM SPSSrnstatistics 20 software system: - descriptive, correlation and regression analysis wasrnconducted to generate results.rnThe study found that job rotation is moderately known in CBE. The study also found that jobrnrotation practices have a moderate effect and positive relationship with motivation and jobrninvolvement of the employees of CBE. Moreover, job instructional training and coaching arernwidely used methods to develop the knowledge and skill towards the employees in CBE.rnFindings suggested that by boosting job rotation practices, employees of CBE could bernmotivated and involved. It was found that when employees are rotated, they become morernmotivated and job involved. Recommendations are the general approaches of job rotationrnpractices in CBE are above moderate level.CBE should maintain and further improve thernexisting job rotation practices
