The Impacts Of Organizational Communication On Organizational Performance Case Of Lege Tafo Lege Dadi Town Aministration Public Sector

This research project focuses on identifying the impacts of organizational communication onrnorganizational performance in Lege Tafo Lege Dadi town administration public sectors. The mainrnobjective of this project is to assess the impact of organizational communication on organizationalrnperformance in public sectors. A sample of 157 employees was selected using quota samplingrntechnique, and 142 were considered. For the purpose of the study, primary data were collected usingrnliker scale based questionnaire and open end interview. In addition, the data was analyzed usingrndescriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics result shows that, both internal andrnexternal communications are ineffective in Lege Tafo Lege Dadi town public sectors and thernorganizational performance of the sectors office is very low. In another way inferential statisticsrnresults indicate that, both internal and external communications have positive and significantrnrelationship with organizational communication. Based on these findings, it is recommended that,rnthe town administration should work more on organizational communication to make the sectorsrnoffice more productive.
