The problem of impurity diffusion accompanied withrnsegregation phase nucleation on dislocations has been consideredrnusing the approximation of the local equilibriumrnwith respect to the impurity distribution between the matrixrnsolution and the near-dislocation regions. It has beenrnshown that the known experimental data on diffusion andrnsolubility of interstitial impurities (C.~I •.•• etc.) inrnsorim metals (a-Fe;' Nil and alloys [Fe-3.5% Si, Fe-0.16%Crn[steel)) are :described in the frame vlOrk of the dislocationrntrap Oodel, the only case where some segregation phasesrnwith negligible diffusion conductivity and high capturern~bility for impurities in the near-dislocation regionsrnare nucleated. The characteristics of the segregationrnphase regions near-dislocations have been obtained fromrnthe treatment of the diffusion and solubility data. Onrnthe basis of the crystallographic and thennodynamic considerationsrnit has besn shown that the existence of suchrn~egregation phase regions along dislocation in the systemsrn. in question is possible
