The majar purpase af this study was to assess the implementation af HRM curriculum inrnselected gavernment TVET calleges in Addis Ababa. The study emplayed descriptivernsurvey methad and it was canducted in four government callages: Entato, Wingat ,rnTegebareid, and Misrak TVET college. They were selected based on purposive samplingrntechnique, because af their rich experience and appropriateness for this study. Thernsubject of the study was 130 trainees, 10trainers and 15 management bodies. The toolsrnused during the data collection were questionnaire, interview, and observation checkrnlist. The data were analyzed by using percentages and descriptive phrases. The studyrngenerally revealed that there is inappropriate selection of trainees, inadequaternfacilities, highly flexible curriculum, and trainer's skill gap as the major hinderingrnfactors. In addition, stakeholder's participation and awareness are very law tornimplement the curriculum as ti is intended. To sum up the findings of the studyrnindicated a lot has to be done to improve the implementation as required by Ethiopianrnaccupatianal standards. Therefore it is recommended that selection and streaming ofrntrainees, the flexibility of curriculum, trainers and other stakeholder's involvement inrnplanning, development of the curriculum and training as it is intended. This can berndone through seminars, discussion, in service training and the cancerned stakeholder'srninvolvement in planning and developing HRM curriculum
