The objective of this study was to explore the experiences of ethics and anti-corruptionrntrainings for women by the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (FEACC) ofrnEthiopia. For this research, mixed design was applied in which the combination of bothrnforms of data provides a better understanding of a research problem. Questionnaire,rninterview, focus group discussion and document review were applied in which thesernresearch tools represented the primary and secondary data sources of the study. The keyrnrespondents were 72 in which 18 for interview, 27 for questionnaire and 27 for focusrngroup discussion. Based on the responses of the research questions, the study appliedrnexplanation, reasoning, percentage, and analysis and interpretation of the collected datarnthrough triangulation. The major findings of the study indicated that because of differentrnproblems, basically their low educational status, the trained women did not developrnconfidence to multiply the intended formal ethics and anti-corruption awareness creationrnprograms. They also responded the presence of discouraging conditions in the anti-rncorruption struggle around the Sub-cities and Woredas. Finally, the study recommendedrnbasic issues that might be considered for the enhancement of the women ethics and anti-rncorruption trainings as one of the alternatives to fight against the obstacles of holisticrnsocietal development.
