Pay factor was the first major factor thatrnwas negatively affecting teachers’ job satisfaction. Female teachers were more satisfiedrnthan males. Moreover, there were slightly significant differences among teachers’ jobrnsatisfaction and their work experience group. Teachers who have more than 16 yearsrnteaching experience (15-20 work experience group) were more satisfied than those whornhave below 15 years work experience. Therefore, to get the required teachers’ jobrnsatisfaction, their pay and other incentives are one of the areas of consideration and it isrnrecommended that management should consider the need to adjust salaries as well as benrnefits such as bonus and educational grant.
