ThisstudywasconductedtodetermineperceivedeffectofgrievancehandlingonrnemployeeperformanceatNejashiacademy.Toconductthestudy,descriptivesurveyrndesignwasemployedandcensussurveytechniquewasemployed.Tothisend,4rnmanagers,6supervisors,47teachersand52administrativestaffswereincludedinthisrnstudy.Questionnairewasthemain datagathering instrumentforthisstudy. Anrninterviewwasalsoconductedtoenrichthequantitativedata.Asaresult,1manager,2rnteachersand 2 administrativestaffswereinterviewed.QuantitativedatacollectedrnthroughquestionnairewasanalyzedbyusingfrequencyandpercentagebyusingSPSSrnv.24.o.Thedatagatheredthroughinterview wasdiscussedinlinewithquestionnaire.rnConsequently,themainfindingscomeoutfrom thisstudywere:Thestudyfindingsrnrevealedthat46theschoolhasestablishedapromptandeffectivegrievancehandlingrnmechanism.Inaddition,thestudyresultsestablishedthatgrievancehandlinghasrnenhancedemployees’commitmenttotheorganizationasevidencedbytheircominginrnontime,acceptingresponsibility,makingsuggestionsforimprovementsandfocusingrnontheachievementoforganizationalgoals;facilitatedincreaseinemployees’creativityrnas evidenced by the innovative practices and process developed and used byrnemployeeswhichhasresultedinimprovedemployees’performance.Theystudyalsornexamines the possible solutions foreffective handling ofgrievance to increasernemployee performance.The findings agree allthe nullhypothesis ofthe study.rnTherefore,throughthespecificobjectives,literaturereview,hypothesis,findingandrnanalysisofthestudy,itconcludedthattheworkperformanceatanyorganizationrnfacilitated bytheeffectivegrievancemanagementwhich harmonizestheworkingrnenvironmentthusincreasingworkingsatisfactionofemployees.Finally,tominimizernandifpossibletosolvetheproblems,thefollowingrecommendationsweredrawn;ThernSchollmanagementshouldensurethatbothseniorandnew employeesareequallyrntreated.This would enhance the sense ofcollaboration and togetherness andrnbelongingnessamongtheiremployees.Theschoolmanagementshouldensuretheyrnwork harderto address the challenges identified throughoutthis study whichrnculminatedintounprecedentedlossofmoraleamongemployees,lossofproductivity,rnpoorperformanceofemployees,lossofcredibility,andjobdissatisfactionamongrnemployees
