Human resources development has long been considered an important factor inrneconomic growth. This study examines the contribution of human resources inrnEthiopia's economic growth. This is accomplished by entering education andrnnutrition (as proxies for human resources development) apart from physicalrncapital and labor in the growth equation by taking the 28 years time period fromrn1967/68 to 1994/95. A long run static and a short run dynamic (errorrncorrection) models are employed to observe the contribution of humanrnresources. The results obtained indicate that in the period under referencerneducation enters positively and significantly whereas nutrition enters positivelyrnbut insignificantly in explaining the growth in output.

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
