This thesis paper makes an investigation on factor affecting supply chainrnintegration (Supplier, customer, internal, inventory management, sc reliability andrninformation integration) the case of Ethiopian Marble Processing Enterprise. Thernmain objective of this study is to explore what factors can affect supply chainrnintegration on Ethiopian Marble Processing Enterprise to provide arnrecommendation in order to take corrective action. Primary type of data wasrncollected with the help of questionnaires and personal interviews. Additionally,rnsecondary data was also gathered using previous research works in the sector andrndifferent documents. The collected data was analyzed using both descriptivernstatistics (frequency, table) and inferential statistics (correlation and linearrnregression). Main findings of the study depicts that, the firm integration withrnpartners affected by several factors, such as, lack of strategic partnership withrnsuppliers and customer, lack of strong networking information communication,rnweak interdepartmental integration, lack of collaborative demand forecasting andrnlack of inventory management were among the major determinant factors. Basedrnon the major finding the study recommended that, as the information technology isrnmain source of improvement in customer and supplier relationship integration.rnWhen this area is satisfied then automatically supply chain performance willrnincrease. Therefore it is essential that the flow of information and access ofrninformation should in according manner. The firms can facilities easily availablerninformation network with its suppliers and customers accessibility of Emailconnection,rnproviding constant information exchange time, collaborate design ofrnavailabilities of information.
