The general objective of the study is to assess practise of employees’ motivation andrnperformance in Mirona industry plc focusing on application of intrinsic rewards &rnemployees’ motivational perception on job performance. Self-administered questionnairernwere used to gather data and analysis was done using Statistical Package for SocialrnSciences (SPSS version 25), and descriptive research design were used. The studyrnrevealed that there was no satisfactory intrinsic rewards (promotion, recognition andrnemployee training) in Mirona industry plc however, employees’ motivational perceptionrnon job performance was very high. Such kind of relationship violates Her8berg’s twornfactor theory. The study took these two contradictory points (unsatisfactory intrinsicrnrewards and high level of employees’ motivation) & investigated to find out the reasonsrn(Employees demographic factors & job security) using primary and secondary data, alsornthe paper recommended possible solutions. The study is significant since it can helprnmanagers of the company to adopt new employees’ motivational strategies and to improvernemployees’ work performance. The paper assessed employees’ motivational practise andrnperformance of Mirona industry plc, not focused on correlation of the two variables also itrninvestigated the causes of violation of Hert8berg’s theory in case of Mirona industry plc,rnthis makes the paper different from others
