The main purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of Total Quality Management practicesrnon organizational performance the case of Buna insurance S.C. The study was explanatoryrnresearch design and the resurcher used quantitative research approach. The sample size of 106rnrespondents was drawn using Purposive sampling technique. The study findings of correlationrnand regression analysis showed that all constructs of total quality management (employee’s empowerment,rntop management commitment, continuous empowerment and work process approach)rnwere positively and significantly affect organizational performance and customer focusrnhas insignificant effect with relation organizational performance. The findings of linear regressionsrnanalysis showed that the observed changes in organizational performance attributed by thernelements of total quality management practice is 75.7% (r2=0.757). These study also revealsrnfrom five major elements of total quality management practices, to fill the gap of explaninig howrnto affect the organizational performance in the case of buna insurance share company.
