The current study also seeks to identify the pridictors of employee attitudes toward organizationsrnchange. Regarding to study research design and methodology, the study was used explanatoryrnresearch design and employed using both quantitative and qualitative methods, which isrntriangulating research help to clarify concepts, characteristics, descriptions, counts andrnmeasures to demonstrate implications of the issue under objectives.
