The objective of this study is to assess the logistics performance of Ethiopia Shipping and LogisticrnService Enterprise. Specifically, simple random sampling is deployed as a sampling technique sincernthe list of target population is known. They are 1060 employee and more than 300 importers,rnexporter and transport association selected as respondents of the study. However, primary sourcesrnof data gathered from Ethiopia Shipping and Logistic Service Enterprise library and yearly reportrnof the enterprise to assess their logistics performance. The data is collected through structuredrninterviews based on questionnaire, which is developed based on the three dimensions of logisticsrnperformance. The respondents have been approached by the data collectors at either their office orrnon their seals area. In order to examine the date correlation analysis were used. The data entry andrnanalysis was conducted by using Statistical Package for Social Since version 20 and chi-square usedrnto correlation analysis between customer and employee of the enterprise. It is concluded thatrnEthiopia Shipping and Logistic Service Enterprise were less performing in their logisticsrnperformance. The findings of the study revealed that each dimensions of logistics performancern(logistics differentiation, logistics efficiency and logistics effectiveness) have under performance.rnThe study recommended for Ethiopia Shipping and Logistic Service Enterprise to continuouslyrnimprove their logistical performance, among other things, through strengthening and developing arngood relationship with others modernize their order management practice.
