A three-dimensional Molecular Dynamics simulation (MD) is implemented to grasp anrninsightful understanding of shock wave propagation on a nanoscale. Primarily, we havernreviewed some of its potential uses in medical and biological areas. Mainly, we haverncome across reviewing some experimental investigations on a (mm-cm) scale. Some ofrnthe results show that as the shock wave’s strength decreases rapidly, so does its amplitudernand velocity. According to our simulation results the asymptotic variance of wavernamplitude and speed have been perfectly correlated. Furthermore, in correspondence tornsome experimental results [1, 2], we have found that the pressure pulse-amplitude is proportionalrnto the power of the distance from the source (DPa zm). Correspondingly, therndisplacement pulse-amplitude also shows similar characteristics (Dza zm).
