Employees are the most valuable resource of an organization and assessing theirrnattitudes towards their internal business process make a difference to companyrnperformance. This paper demands on assessing the employees’ attitudes towards thernorganizational change of Commercial bank of Ethiopia. In the way to answering thernbasic questions of the research, the study applied descriptive research design usingrnmixed research approach. Data was gathered through questionnaire, interviews andrndocument review. To collect the relevant data, a five-point Likert-scale is used andrndescriptive analysis with Mean, Frequencies and percentages were applied duringrndata analysis. The findings of the research shows that the organization has threernfocus area of change namely, marketing strategy, organizational structure and profitrnmaximization. And employees also have appositive attitude towards thosernorganizational change. And mostly the attitude of employees are influenced by workrnfriendly, smooth communication with supervisors, job satisfaction is by far the mostrnimportant predictor of employee’s attitude, followed by job security, motivation andrnlastly personal interest. Additionally the finding of the research shows that thernsuccess of the organization and profitability is based on the employee’s attitude andrneffort which they sacrifice to the organization. And it can be measured by thernprofitability and success of the organization. Finally it concludes that employees arerndissatisfied on the management actions to support or shape the employee’s attitude.rnBased on the findings, the organization is recommended to improve the level of theirrnemployee’s attitude because the current employee’s positive attitude may not remainsrnconstant. Moreover, the organization should have to work on the training andrndevelopment and Training need assessment should be done before employees are sentrnto training. In addition online training is recommended to the training andrndevelopment department Because online training save a cost than classroom trainingrnand it’s accessible to everyone’s whose can access a computer.
