Data were analyzed usingrnmean, standard deviation, pearson-product moment correlation, multiple regression andrnOne-way ANOV A. Age was found to be the best predictor among thernvariables entered in the equation. It was also noted that, there was no statisticallyrnsignificance difference on job satisfa ction among teachers and instructors. On the basis ofrnthese results, discussion and conclusion were made.
