This study has briefly analyzed and systematizedrnrelevant in/ormation in the review a/related literature. A descriptive survey research methodrnwas employed to conduct this study. Three government TVET colleges and two departmentsrnji-OI11 each college were purposively selected ji-om Addis Ababa city administration. Arnrepresentative sample 0/104 (86.67%) respondents Vas involved in the study. Data wererncollected through questionnaire and interview. The data collected through questionnairernwere analyzed using percentage and that 0/ interviews Ivere analyzed in narration.rnResults 0/ the study indicate that the participation o//emales within the two departments isrnvel)' low. Additionally, the implementation/ound not effective due to lack 0/ coordination,rnintegration, orientation, training materials, blldget allocation, and illterest a/trainees.rnIt is suggested that as there should be great effort and support to each other ji-om eachrnindividuals and concerned groups who are facilitators, implementers, and TVET providers.rnAdditionally there should be fiiljillment 0/ conducive environment, availability 0/ text books;rncurriculum guides necessmy training materials, organized and standardized shops,rnwillingness and interest a/trainees, and commitment a/the trainers.
