This study has been de signed with the main objectives of identifying therndifferent attachment patterns of infants', and replicating Airworthiness StrangernSituation Experiment. The re search er use d observation as the main tool forrndata gathering supplementing with interview. Data collected using theserntechniques have been described qualitatively.rnThe collected data revealed three basic attachment patterns in infants :rnsecure, in secure and ambivalent ones . The present study hasn't come up withrnthe disorganized type of attachment pattern like that of pioneer re searchers.rnThe interview questions were result ed in explaining issues related to basicrnsoc oi-economic problems of mothers which hinder secure infant attachmentrnto mothers in most cases even though respective mothers involved in thisrnparticular re search were involved in different activities of home managementrn(failure to give much time to the irrespective infants). Despite respectivernmothers' involvement in different activities of home management, 53.33 % ofrnthe sample groups became securely attached 33.33 in secure and onlyrn13.33% showed ambivalent type of attachment pattern.rnThe re search also revealed that the strength of infants ' attachment to thernmoth er generally was determined by the nature of early infant moth e rrninteraction and the extent to which moth corresponded to each infant's needsrnat appropriate time.
