Job Description:
Polaris Bank is currently seeking candidates for the role of Relationship Managers. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for selling financial services and products to customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships between the bank and existing as well as prospective customers. You will also be involved in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities, while implementing marketing strategies to maximize profits and meet consumer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through liability and income generation strategies.
- Analyze and present credit proposals to facilitate loan processing.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
- Promote and sell the bank's products and services.
- Achieve growth targets in key performance areas such as liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e-banking product offerings.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and process loan applications.
- Monitor active loans and ensure timely collection and recovery.
- Meet budget parameters and financial targets.
- Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent engagement and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and improve customer service.
- Maintain a healthy portfolio and deposit mix.
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a marketing role in a financial institution, preferably a commercial bank.
- Ability to create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques, market research, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Dynamics, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
